These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eco Pass website (https://www.ecopass.me/), our mobile applications, and our credit-based membership services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Eco Pass ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Membership and Subscription Tiers

Eco Pass offers a credit-based subscription system designed to help you integrate sustainability into your lifestyle. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription Tiers: We offer subscription tiers that include 10, 30, or 60 credits per billing cycle (each, a "Subscription"). Available billing cycles (e.g., monthly or annually) and current pricing will be displayed at checkout or in your account.
Eligibility and Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Auto-Renewal and Authorization: By starting a Subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Changes to Plans, Pricing, and Credits: We may change our plans, pricing, included credits, and/or available experiences from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and we will provide notice as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your personalized dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Except where required by law
